How to Reset a User's Password

How To Reset a Current User's Password

The administrator can reset a Current User's password through the Users Page. Here are the steps:

  • From the Synergy Home Screen, click Manage Users to bring up the Users Page.
  • Select the Edit Icon for the user.

  • Once in the User Profile screen, select the Reset Password button to be redirected to the Reset User Password screen

  • Enter the new password and confirm by clicking the Reset button
