If the company has set options to use the Trash for some files (Shared file, Catalog file, or Managed Document), the user can use the Trash page to manage the Trash items.
The page can be accessed from the top menu bar by selecting Documents → Trash. The regular users will only see the objects they have deleted. The administrators will see all the deleted objects for their company.
The page is simple, working similarly to the Windows recycle bin. The user can select a trash items, then click Empty button to empty the trash items or Restore button to undo the delete. The check box in the title row is the check all button. Clicking the View button will bring up a pop-up dialog to show the details of the trash item.
