How can I Establish an External Reference Manually?

  • Go to Managed Documents Page by selecting from the top Menu → Documents → Managed.
  • Select the document to add an external reference.
  • Click the Detail button to go to the document detail page.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Reference tab.
  • Navigate the Managed Document folder system to find the referenced document.
  • Click the SAVE button
